SportsEngine Motion "USASF National Conference 2024 Promo" 

Offer Official Rules February 20th, 2024 to September 1st, 2024 (11:59 pm (PST))  

Open only to legal U.S. residents who are administrators/owners of youth or adult sports organizations & businesses and are 18 or older as of April 20th, 2024. Void where prohibited. Commencing on April 20th, 2024 at 12:00 A.M. and continuing through September 1st, 2024 at 11:59 P.M. _T, (“Promotion Period”), SportsEngine, Inc. and NBCUniversal Media, LLC (“Sponsor”) are offering one (1) 2025 National Conference ticket at a $250 value to USASF members and SportsEngine customers that activate and process their first fees by September 1st (“Offer”). Offer not valid for existing SportsEngine Motion members and only available for new SportsEngine Motion customers that purchased and paid the setup fee during the Promotion Period. Offer valid for a limited time only. The Offer is non-transferable and has no cash value. SPORTSENGINE MOTION PLATFORM USAGE REQUIREMENTS: After paying the Setup Fee, SportsEngine Motion operates under a platform pricing model, in which we require our customers to use our in house payment processing system, SportsEngine Payments. A 1% technology fee will be applied to each transaction. Online transactions (credit card and ACH) also have a standard market rate of 2.9% + $.30 processing fee applied to each transaction. If after 90 days a customer has yet to use SportsEngine Motion for payment processing, SportsEngine Motion will automatically move that customer to our subscription plan of $199/month. If a customer begins using our payment processing, we’ll automatically move them back to our best-value plan with no monthly subscription fees. 

SPORTSENGINE MOTION CANCELLATION POLICY: SportsEngine Motion will require 30 days advance notice of cancellation. At the point of cancellation, no Set Up Fee refund will be initiated. OFFICIAL
